Characteristics
The product encoPBX is a charge accounting program and
was developed for logging, managing, controlling, analysing and billing of
telecommunication costs.
If you want to analyse accumulated telephone
charges or verify arised costs then encoPBX is the right tool. Assignment of
costs can be done selectively by extension, day time, cost centre or any other
organisational unit. Every extension, organisational unit or cost centre can be
administrated and analyzed using individual tariffs. It is possible to setup a
special price for individual phone numbers or even whole special number paths.
