Connections to PBXs
encoPBX works with every kind of PBX, which supports reading out of accrued call data records by serial port, or for some models by LAN port. Consequently, it is possible to input data records in ASCII format. You can configure the port settings and structure of data records in encoPBX.

encoPBX supports simultaneous connection and tracking of several PBXs.
Analysis
encoPBX allows specific search and selection of call data on the screen, as well as creation of wide reports. The results are prepared for conveniently exported in different formats.
Predefined filter functions are available for the inquiry. The analyses are free definable and can be changed according to individual requirements.
